Because we have offices in both Japan and the USA we have a very unique and cost saving shipping and storage system.

US and Candian customers: Your items will take advantage of our batch shipping and be stored at the USA office by default. This is where your items and other customers are combined into one large shipment and sent to the USA for storage. This can result in huge savings by using North American domestic shipping options. All USA Orders will also store and ship from the US office.

However some items do not benefit from batch shipping and will still have to be sent from Japan directly. Any very large items or ones near 3kg in weight or more will ship direct from Japan.We may also choose to ship direct if your item's value is very high.

International Customers: (non US and Canada)
Japanese purchases will be stored and shipped from our Tokyo, Japan office. USA Orders will store and ship from the US office.

Items can storedfor a max of 60 days in Japan and 90 days in the USA. Bigger items and larger quantities may have to ship sooner.

We combine shipping automaticly:
We automatically combine shipping and other fees whenever possible. So if you buy multiple items from the same seller, we may be able to combine all the fees and save you a lot of money.

Request a Shipment:
Items are generally stored at one of our offices untill you fill out the shipping request form. This allows you to stock up and ship multiple items at the same time. Our professional shippers will repack your goods from the original packing from the seller into a larger combined package.

Auto-Shippments:
Sometimes it is necessary to ship your goods without warning. This may be due to the item itself, a large accumulation of items that must be moved, shipping restrictions due to the nature of the item, you have gone past the storage limit, or other unique circumstances. These packages are sent EMS by default or another service that our shipping staff finds reasonable. if you want another form of shipping to be used by default contact us with your shipping service preferance.

† Items left over that time whether paid, partially paid for, or not paid may be considered abandoned and become the sole property of Anime Chaos / SMJ depending on the status of the account and managers decistion. Items in the USA may be stored for longer periords of time if proper arrangements are made.
