How your items are shipped and stored.
When you first create and activate your account, we set a specific office as your default storage unit. For customers in the USA and Canada your items will "batch ship" to our storage facility in the USA. Other customers world-wide will have their items stored at the Tokyo office.

What is this "batch shipping" you ask? If your items are being stored at the USA office they will "batch ship" from the Tokyo one to the US one. These shipments are a mix of many items from multiple users into one large "batch" that is forwarded to the USA office. The cost in shipping is split between all those items which results in very low shipping costs compared to a direct shipment.
Once your orders have reached the proper storage facility they'll be stored there until you request shipping or the storage time limit is reached. (60 days Japan, 90 days USA)
So your items are stored, now you want them shipped to you!
Simply fill out the shipping request form using the "Shipping" link above. Be sure to
fill it out completely and once submitted we'll have it processed and your goodies on
their way!
