How to Pay Your Invoices:
Every invoice comes with intructions how to pay. Always include your username with payment or it may be delayed or declined. If you are paying only specific invoices, be sure to note which ones the payment is for. All payments must be in US$. Once recieved, please allow up to 24 hours to process.
Payments via Paypal: All paypal payments and deposits can go to " payments-at-shoppingmalljapan.com " (replace the "-at-" with the "@" symbol).
Payments via Credit Card: As long as you have a credit card on file, or add one via the "update info" form, all you need to do is reply to your invoice with your username. Thats it. By default we will be charging the total outstanding balance due listed in that invoice (or less depending what is still due). If you only want specifcs charged, please include a detailed note in your reply to the invoice.
Payments via Check or Money Order: Only users "grandfathered" into the new system can pay via check and money orders. New registers must use another option as these now outdated forms of payments will no longer be accepted.

Wire Fee - Standard fee associated with the cost of sending a wire payment.

Balance due - The grandetotal for all items listed in that invoice alone.

When do we Send an Invoice? Do I get my Bidding Limit back?
Invoices are typically sent 3 to 5 days after the close of an auction. However this can vary depending on the speed that which the seller operates. We like to wait untill your goods are in physical stock to make accurate internal shipping costs. Since we have delt in so many products over the years we'll already know the cost associated with common items and we'll be able to invoice you that much quicker.
Once an invoice is sent out, and you pay it off, any part of your bidding limit that was taken up by that item will be free again to be used.
Problem Getting Invoices and our Emails
All invoices and customer service emails come from " webmaster-at-shoppingmalljapan.com " (replace the "-at-" with the "@" symbol). Be sure to check your spam filters and add us to your allowed list to assue you can recieve our emails. Some free email services such as Yahoo!, Hotmail, and AOL often block us by default thinking the invoice is spam. Be sure to check your account settings. |
